Our Model
Today’s challenges call for a new kind of leadership. Our model helps young people move from ambition to action, from ideas to working solutions and from local impact to global influence.
Build youth leaders
We give young changemakers the skills, experience and networks to lead with purpose. Working on real challenges, they learn to motivate others, form alliances and make change happen.
Accelerate youth-led action
Shapers design and run projects with their communities that tackle pressing problems – creating impact on the ground and contributing to progress far beyond their city.
Amplify youth voices
Young people belong at the table. We link emerging leaders with decision-makers and global platforms so that their perspective shapes policies, partnerships and solutions.
